He’s never sprinted before in his life but with help from his coach, Sylvia, he begins training for the 100 metre dash, with the goal of winning gold at the World Masters Athletics Championship in Lyon, France. But, when the world record holder joins the race - 98 year-old Brazilian Frederico Fischer - Charles fears that his dream may slip out of his grasp.
