Despite this and the fact that he has HIV, he is still looking for a woman to marry and have kids with and to re-enter the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In London Chris is alone, but using the internet he has built up a kind of fan club of gay Mormons in Salt Lake City, Utah, the heart of the Mormon faith. Unsure of what to do with himself and struggling to contain his addiction, Chris travels to Utah and meets his fan club for the first time. Getting to know a rag-tag group of people outside the cosy – and sometimes catty – confines of social media, Chris is confronted with the fundamental question of how he wants to live his life.
